These events will contribute ideas to a film project about the 18th century entrepreneurs of the Derwent Valley, and will take place in the Baptist Chapel, Chevin Road, Milford DE56 0QH
The final script will be filmed in July 2008

For details see www.filmcity.tv 28 March 2007 Renderyard Experimental Film & Animation Festival The Renderyard Experimental Film & Animation Festival 2007 is now open for entries. Last year was an amazing year for the festival and they received some of the best quality films I have had the privilege of viewing. This year, as well as Short Films and Animations, the London-based festival has added two new categories for Screenwriters and Film Composers. It has also partnered with social networking site Si-Mi (www.si-mi.com) to have a dedicated Renderyard Festival Channel for high-quality streaming of Festival films. The festival is one of the best value for money festivals on the circuit, with entry fees at only USD20.
